Job Description
Responsabilities:
- Define assembly processes from scratch.
- Prepare productionspecific documentation (e.g. work instructions process flow charts).
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance quality efficiency and yield.
- Training of operators after setting up the equipment.
- Collaborate with Process Engineers in the plant and internationally.
- Participate in other required activities with the team.
For This Role YouWill Need:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Electronics or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in process engineering within an electronics manufacturing environment mandatory SMT Processes.
- Proficiency English (verbal and written).
- Advanced problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
