Profile Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in data analysis reporting and data visualization.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions pivot tables Power Query) Power BI SQL and ETL processes.
- Strong experience with data transformation and integration across different formats (CSV JSON XML databases).
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Experience in transferring data between systems while maintaining accuracy and integrity.
Core responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends patterns and actionable insights.
- Transfer and transform data from various sources (spreadsheets databases APIs) into clientspecific formats and platforms.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy when converting and structuring data to meet client requirements.
- Optimize data collection cleaning and processing workflows to improve efficiency.
- Manage data migration projects ensuring smooth transition between systems and formats.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement solutions accordingly.
- Ensure data security compliance and integrity across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Excel Power BI SQL and other BI tools.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
