What
This position will perform a variety of tasks necessary for hands on training of manufacturing equipment and processes as well as supporting evaluation and advancement of processing operators.
Main aspects of the role include:
- Teaches and assesses skills regarding OFD manufacturing concepts including but not limited to:
- Coaching training and evaluating manufacturing personnel to achieve training program objectives.
- Provides logistics and coordination scheduling and planning of training activities with Manufacturing and Safety leadership including preparation of training records and other training recordkeeping documents.
- Implements Manufacturing training activities in accordance with Company expectations and initiatives including but not limited to:
- Creating and/or guiding development of training curriculums and tools (job aids base settings training courses training videos or other resources) to support the manufacturing process.

The ideal candidate will be a current OFD employee. A 2 year degree or certification is desired. The individual should have experience in technical writing teaching/training and/or manufacturing knowledge. In addition 2 years experience in adult training methods if preferred. This individual should have strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office programs. Lastly the ability and flexibility of working hours (nights/weekends) is required to support company needs.
