We are seeking a passionate and strategic Sr. Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies for our key titles. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing you will shape the brand identity drive player engagement and ensure our games resonate with global audiences. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams including game development marketing community and publishing to deliver cohesive and impactful brand experiences.
Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies for assigned game titles aligning with Snail Games vision and business objectives.
Market Positioning: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position our games effectively within the gaming industry.
Campaign Management: Partner with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging campaigns including trailers social media content and promotional events.
Community Engagement: Collaborate with community managers to build strong player relationships using feedback to refine brand messaging and initiatives.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with game designers product managers and publishing teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints from ingame assets to global launches.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze brand performance metrics providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and boost player retention.
Event Representation: Represent the brand at industry events conventions and media opportunities to enhance Snail Games presence and connect with players.
Experience: 5 years of brand management or marketing experience in the video game industry or a related entertainment field (e.g. at companies like Riot Games Activision Blizzard or EA).
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of gaming culture trends and player behavior across PC console and mobile platforms.
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that drive engagement and revenue.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience crafting compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of working effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing market data player feedback and campaign performance to inform decisionmaking.
Passion for Gaming: A genuine passion for video games and a desire to create memorable experiences for players.
Experience managing brands for MMORPGs survival games or liveservice titles.
Familiarity with global markets and localization strategies particularly in Asia and North America.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics social media advertising).
