As a Commercial Excellence Specialist youll support and lead highimpact analyticsdriven initiatives that shape the future of our sales operations. Drive datainformed decisionmaking by leading timely and accurate reporting delivering sales intelligence and becoming the teams goto expert in Power BI and CRM.
Lead and optimize key commercial initiatives including sales performance frameworks pipeline management and crossfunctional projects that boost sales efficiency across the Americas.
Deliver critical sales insights and performance analysis by independently generating reports collaborating with commercial teams and providing handson support and training to drive informed decisionmaking across the region.
Act as a trusted analytics partner delivering actionable insights through performance monitoring reporting and strategic analysiswhile providing handson support training and datadriven guidance across the organization.
Serve as the regional voice in global Commercial Excellence initiatives contributing local insights to help standardize processes and collaborating on crossregional projects that drive alignment and operational efficiency.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with key stakeholdersincluding Sales Commercial Excellence Supply Chain and Finance teams across regionsto ensure aligned datadriven decisionmaking and seamless execution of commercial strategies.
Qualifications:
A degree in Business Finance Economics Data Science or another datafocused discipline is required.
3 years experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Excellence is a strong advantage.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis including working with large datasets and using Microsoft Office tools.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
Fluency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
Candidates should be comfortable with a hybrid schedule which includes onsite work at our Conroe TX office.
Customerfocused and culturally aware with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Analytical organized and innovative with the ability to manage highimpact projects independently.
Proactive change agent who thrives in a fastpaced global environment.
