Job Description
We are looking for an Americasbased Senior Product Manager Product Strategy to join our team developing an unannounced and groundbreaking new title with a popular IP. Our game is F2P (mobile PC) and approaching preproduction.

What Youll Do
- Drive strategic planning by working across central teamsincluding market research user research publishing platform marketing and insightsto define refine and validate highimpact product goals.
- Break down bigpicture objectives into actionable hypotheses grounded in both quantitative analysis and qualitative insight.
- Define success metrics for product features key results and milestone goalsthen help guide iteration through ongoing measurement.
- Partner with game leadership (product design production creative) to ensure the game vision and strategy are aligned and measurable at every stage of development.
- Work with our Strategy and Insights team to learn from the competitive landscape identifying key opportunities threats and white space across genres and platforms.
- Stay deeply connected to the market bringing a seasoned evolving perspective on whats working (or not) across the industry.
- Collaborate with data and research teams to inform product decisions with strong analytical reasoning while knowing when to trust instinct and qualitative signals.
- Be a forwardlooking voice on how emerging trends (like generative AI new platforms or evolving player behaviors) will shape the future of game development and gameplay.
- Champion a culture of strategic excellence helping Scopely become the most admired and innovative mobilefirst F2P game company in the industry.
What Youll Bring
- A strategic playtowin mindset with a strong ability to zoom out to longterm vision and zoom in to tactical execution.
- A deep understanding of the F2P games market from player motivations to live operations to monetization models.
- Proven experience working on crossfunctional teams ideally in a games or digital entertainment environment.
- Strong communication and storytelling skillsable to align stakeholders influence direction and advocate for playerfirst decisions.
- High fluency in product analytics KPIs and modeling with a sharp understanding of what data does (and does not) reveal.
- A curious creative thinker who can draw connections between disparate ideas and generate meaningful new ones.
- Experience working with licensed IP is a plus.
- Familiarity with the full product lifecycleincluding concepting preproduction prototyping production and live operationsis preferred.
- A growth mindset with high standards strong ownership and a collaborative lowego approach.

In addition to base pay employees may be eligible for equity bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits retirement benefits pet insurance paid holidays paid Scopely free days and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
