Job Description
Midland University a private faithbased liberal arts college in Fremont Nebraska is seeking exceptional faculty members to teach Applied AI in our undergraduate business program. The class will run inperson (no online option available) during the Fall session 2025: August 25December 17 daytime availability preferred.
Professionals with extensive practical experience and an interest in engaging students are encouraged to apply regardless of previous classroom experience.

Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in business technology or related field
- Experience in business technology or related fields
Should demonstrate:
- Interest and experience engaging students through classroom learning
- The desire and availability to be quickly responsive to students
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with a learning management system such as Blackboard or Canvas to develop and deliver course content

Applied AI Course Description: This undergraduate course provides an introduction to machine learning and artificial intelligence focusing on their practical use in business and workplace settings. Students will learn core AI principles explore beginnerfriendly tools and work through realworld case studies to see AI in action. Through handson projects students will apply AI to solve workplace challenges such as automating tasks analyzing data and improving decisionmaking. By the end of the course students will gain foundational AI skills preparing them to understand and use AI solutions in their future careers.
