Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a reputable practice in the Tampa area. In this pivotal role you will provide anesthesia services for a diverse range of surgical cases including ENT General Surgery Spine Pain Sedation Urology Orthopedics and Podiatry. This position offers a desirable schedule with no nights weekends or holidays allowing for an excellent worklife balance.

Responsibilities:
As a CRNA you will be responsible for:
- Administering Anesthesia: Provide anesthesia to patients undergoing various surgical procedures ensuring safe and effective pain management throughout each operation.
- PreOperative Assessments: Perform thorough preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans tailored to each patients needs.
- Monitoring Vital Signs: Carefully monitor patients vital signs during procedures adjusting anesthesia levels as necessary to ensure optimal patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborating with the Surgical Team: Work closely with surgeons nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and a seamless surgical experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration and patient information to comply with medical regulations and facilitate continuity of care.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Certification: Must be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with a minimum of three years of experience.
- Licensure: Possession of a Florida license is preferred but not mandatory at the time of application.
- Certifications: Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications are required.
