We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Advertising Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of advertising campaigns across various media platforms (excluding social media). This role is essential in ensuring campaigns run smoothly meet deadlines and align with client objectives.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning coordination and execution of advertising campaigns
Communicate with clients and internal departments to align project goals and timelines
Monitor campaign progress and performance providing regular updates and reports
Prepare promotional materials schedules and budgets
Coordinate with vendors and thirdparty partners for ad placements and media buying
Ensure compliance with brand standards and advertising regulations
Maintain organized records of campaigns invoices and contracts
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or related field
12 years of experience in an advertising or marketing support role preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools
