Were looking for an experienced and handson Facilities Coordinator to join our national operations team someone who takes pride in the quality of the environment and thrives on creating exceptional member and team experiences through seamless facilities and tech operations.

In this role youll report to the Senior Facilities Manager with matrix reporting to the Technology Operations Manager. Youll oversee facilities and AV systems across a growing portfolio of locations in Perth and Adelaide working closely with internal teams landlord partners and external vendors to resolve issues improve processes and support events and workspace customisation.

If youre a solutionsfocused operator with a strong technical aptitude and a love for delivering fivestar environments this role offers the opportunity to directly shape how work is experienced by thousands of members each day.

What your day to day will look like (but not limited to!):

  • Ensure smooth and safe daytoday operations across multiple Hub locations by resolving facilities issues promptly managing contractors and upholding premium standards.
  • Act as the local technology and audiovisual (AV) systems support lead troubleshooting onsite issues and assisting with member and event tech needs.
  • Manage external supplier relationships including landlords building management and service providers ensuring SLA compliance and highquality outcomes.
  • Conduct proactive site inspections AV system checks and implement customisations to meet evolving member requirements.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for WHS CAPEX and complex technical issues while keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Collaborate with national teams to execute facilities and technology improvement initiatives and assist with local tech rollouts or infrastructure support as needed.

Qualifications :

Were Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has 23 years of handson experience in facilities management with exposure to workplace technology and AV support.
  • Brings exceptional communication interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skillscustomer experience is at the heart of everything you do.
  • Is techsavvy and confident supporting local hardware AV systems and connectivity in a fastpaced environment.
  • Can juggle competing priorities and deadlines while staying calm solutionfocused and collaborative.
  • Thrives on working both independently and with remote teams across multiple sites.
  • Has experience managing budgets contractors and ticketing systems and consistently meets servicelevel agreements.
