The Amplifon Records Graduate Program is a career accelerator designed for ambitious international talents ready to push boundaries and drive meaningful change.
This 18month journey will give you the opportunity to experience three job rotations within your chosen function gaining handson exposure across Finance Information Technology Human Resources Procurement & Supply Chain Marketing Innovation & Technology and Retail Excellence.

Your Journey at Amplifon:
- Onboarding Week @ Global HQ(Milan): Kickstart your experience with tailored training strategic insights and networking opportunities immersing yourself in our purposedriven culture.
- 6 Months @ Global HQ (Milan): Gain crossfunctional expertise by working in two different teams within your chosen function while also leading a sustainability project for Amplifon.
- 12 Months International Assignment: Expand your global experience by working in one of our 26 countries based on your career path to strengthen your skills & capabilities.
- Graduation & Beyond: After 18 months youll be ready to graduate and continue to amplify your career within Amplifon.

What You Need to Apply
- Masters degree with excellent grades (achieved/planned between September 2025 July 2026).
- At least 6 months of work or internshipexperience.
- Minimum 6 months of international experience.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong motivation adaptability and a passion for innovation and impact.
