Are you ready to join us
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Product Manager Intern to join our Care Team.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to scaling and improving our new Customer Support platform empowering our support agents to resolve customer issues efficiently and with empathy. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including other Product Managers from Care Operations IT Engineering Content and Design to drive impactful product initiatives.
YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT):
- Support Product Development: Participate across the product lifecycle: solution ideation prioritization development and launch.
- Delivery Management: Write detailed specifications and user stories oversee the implementation of features with IT engineers and perform quality assurance (QA).
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with PMs from Care and other verticals (Delivery Experience B2C Services Tradein) and Operations to challenge and prioritize feature requests ensuring that our features integrate seamlessly into our Care platform and add value to users (customers agents sellers).
- Monitor performance: Ensure each features performance can be measured help estimate the impact and follow up the results postlaunch.
- TOOLS YOULL USE: Intercom & Zendesk: The main tools we use for Customer support; Sprinklr: For social media management; Jira & Confluence: For Delivery management and Documentation; Slack Zoom & Google: For internal communications and meetings
YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF:
- You have an interest in product management and always put the user at the center of your thoughts. We are open to different topics of educational studies priority for end of studies masters students
- You possess effective and precise communication skills.
- You are curious proactive resourceful and rigorous
- You have basic analytical skills.
- Team spirit is essential for you.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English as we are an international team (MANDATORY).
- Big plus if you are already familiar with working with software developers working across multiple teams or Agile concepts
- Big plus if you already have any experience in customer service
- You are looking for a 56 month fulltime (35H/week) internship starting July 2025 based in Paris France
- You are enrolled in a French school that will provide an internship agreement.
