Are you ready to join us
We are looking for an amazing intern to join our marketing team! Report to Hera our Senior CRM Manager in Paris.
The CRM team works together with other experts from the brand & marketing team but also with Business Product and Engineering teams. We are responsible for delivering the right message to the right person at the right moment through different channels like emails push notifications and inapps.
As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Intern you will support the CRM efforts with a focus on marketing campaigns and transactional communications in all markets we operate.
YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT):
- Propose and implement content and design improvements to our transactional emails. This includes working with engineering teams to use data to effectively embed personalization into our transactional CRM communications thereby increasing their engagement.
- Lead the creation and implementation of multichannel marketing campaigns working closely with our brand business and design teams.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to provide recommendations to the team for strategic improvements.
- Provide support on CRM automation to identify areas for increased process efficiency leverage that to provide dynamic personalized content to users
YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF:
- You feel comfortable working & speaking in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly detailoriented (this is a must) and creative with an experimentation and testing mindset.
- You are someone who enjoys the technical side of CRM including working on automation and data integration as well as the creative side focusing on content and design.
- You have already used a CRM campaign management tool: big plus if used Braze.
- You are able to work independently and crossfunctionally while demonstrating drive and initiative.
- You enjoy working in a fastpaced environment and are able to multitask efficiently.
- You are adaptable and a fast learner eager to acquire new skills.
- You have affinity with data you are at ease with numbers and statistics.
- You have experience with programming languages. It is a big plus but not required!
- You have previous experience in marketing a big plus if it was in CRM.
ABOUT THIS INTERNSHIP:
- Starting date: July 2025
- Duration: 6 monthsFulltime internship (35h/week Monday to Friday)
- Location: Paris France
- Requirement: You must have an internship agreement provided by your French school.
Recruitment Process:
- Videocall HR Interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (30min)
- Technical test (home assignment)
- Skills & cultural fit interview and live case study questions with Hera and Maeve (1hour)
