We are looking for a guest obsessed natural leader who thinks outside the box and strives for success to lead our Garon Bleu service team. In this role you will:
- Be the soul of the hotels signature restaurant
- Build and develop a highperforming team by leading and mentoring with a collaborative motivational and empowering approach
- Strive to create luxury moments with our guests and team members making everyone feel welcome and feel valued
- Grow the restaurant with innovative sales strategies and execution to enhance the guest experience build loyalty and bring in revenue
- Ensure service standards are followed for a friendly genuine and engaging experience
- Ensure standard operating procedures are updated and followed
- Prepare forecast reports and roster staff
- Assist the F&B Manager and Sommelier with purchasing stock control and management
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar management role within highend dining operations
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams
- Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities with excellent written and verbal communication
- Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- A true love and passion for food beverage and creating genuine memorable guest experiences
- You are flexible to work early mornings nights weekends and public holidays when needed
