We need someone who can guide our sales team through the increasing demands of meeting our customers expectations of meeting their needs with a quality sales experience. We are looking for someone with a great attitude who is selfmotivated and enthusiastic. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management including desking deals strong internet skills and a desire to succeed.
Responsibilities
Monitor respond and develop internet leads
Develop customer relationships with effective and clear communication
Quote pricing rates and inventory availability
Present and demonstrate inventory
Receive credit applications (manually and online)
Maintain CSI gross average. and monthly units to dealership standards
Desk deals for both new and used inventory for internet leads
Appraise customer vehicles
Requirements
Must have a minimum of three years in Automotive Sales Management
Outgoing personality with strength in developing relationships
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Leadership and training skills
Authorized to work in the USA
All applicants must be at least 19 years old and able to pass preemployment testing which includes background checks MVR drug test and valid drivers license for at least 3 years.
