International Expansion is a critical function at eero working closely with multiple key stakeholders including eeros leadership team Business Development Partner Success as well as multiple teams who make international launch of our hardware and software products possible. You will work crossfunctionally to accelerate international sales use a data driven approach to help guide our international strategy ensure seamless execution of this strategy and delight your customers by developing scalable infrastructure and processes.
International Expansion is part of the broader Business Operations team at eero. This role will report to our Head of Business Operations and have a dottedline to our current International Expansion PM who runs the program.
Key job responsibilities
Defining International Strategy:
Collaborate with International Expansion PM and eero leadership to assist with defining eeros internationalization strategy
Make use of key data to confirm or deny hypotheses and vet new international launch requests from stakeholders
Escalate blockers and tradeoff discussions to program manager and decision makers in a clear and proactive manner
Managing International Launches:
Develop deep subject matter expertise in key stakeholder workflows and deliverables in order to help manage the International Expansion program efficiently
Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute the international roadmap ensuring followups and handoffs take place in a smooth manner
Proactively escalate blockers risks or scope changes and resolve issues to ensure we deliver timely results vs. our customer commitments and internal expectations
Driving Best Practices:
Drive efficient and clear program management processes and implement audit mechanisms to keep improving the efficiency of your program over time
Respond to requests and proactively drive issues to resolution with dependable SLAs
Create selfserve resources to amplify your impact and reduce time to resolution
5 years of work experience in analytically driven strategy/operational roles
Experience managing programs across crossfunctional teams building processes and delivering results
Experience presenting to senior management business stakeholders and external partners
3 years of Program Management experience in a consumer electronics environment or related industry
Fluency with Project Management Tools including Atlassian Suite (Confluence/JIRA) or Asana
Excellent program and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to drive successful business outcomes in ambiguous environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills engaging technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Ability to work crossfunctionally with many teams and multitask with a sense of urgency
Impeccable attention to detail followthrough and resourcefulness

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
