Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY

Today Pfizer Oncology has an industryleading pipeline that includes the combined legacy Pfizer and Seagen portfolio across breast genitourinary (GU) hematologyoncology gastroenterologyoncology and thoracic therapeutic areas.
TIVDAK is a treatment for patients with recurrent/metastatic cervical cancer that received FDA approval in September 2021 and launched with our copromote partner Genmab. TIVDAK continues to deliver growth in breadth and depth across the therapeutic area. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a fastpaced copromote with a high performing team and to support patients with advanced cervical cancer.
The Strategy and Alliance Marketing Director is responsible for leading and organizing all crossfunctional activities for TIVDAK in the 2L recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer setting. This individual is responsible for leading all alliance activities with Genmab and ensuring alignment across both crossfunctional teams. This role will work closely with Analytics and Sales to identify opportunities to drive brand owns all marketing responsibilities within the US for TIVDAK.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all commercial alliance activities associated with Genmab alliance partner
- Lead all Operating Plan Budget and Latest Estimates planning
- Lead the development of peer to peer and thirdparty programming strategy
- Lead the development of monthly and quarterly business reviews with Genmab alliance partner
- Lead Congress strategy and execution as well as other key internal and external engagements (e.g. Ad Boards strategic workshops etc.)
- Lead the development of critical insights in coordination with CMO partners.
- Conduct all activities and make decisions that are in accordance with Company policies Pfizer values & global regulatory guidelines.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
- Bachelors degree and 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with varied internal stakeholders to improve business performance
- Strong business acumen and organizational skills with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences including senior management.
- Strong analytical skills; detail and action oriented; creative.
- Strong written verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively both oneonone and in groups.
- Selfmotivated and a team player.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver results on multiple complex competing projects in a deadlineoriented environment.
- Must be driven by success and able to organize multiple projects over time.
- BA/BS degree required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced degree
- US marketing experience specifically within oncology preferred but not required

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $156600.00 to $261000.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
