The IT Infrastructure & Operations team is looking for a Senior Manager Network Engineering. You will be responsible for leading a global team of IT Network engineers to ensure effective daily operations and develop strategies as needed to meet the current and future needs that enable business innovation & growth.
What youll do:
- Support and contribute thought leadership to the development and implementation of business practices that support the growth and ongoing management of our global IT footprint
- Empower the team to research and recommend longterm solutions aligned with Enterprise Technology goals and plans
- Recruit direct and develop a diverse team maximizing their contributions professional growth and ability to cultivate a culture of highperformance continuous improvement and quality outcomes
- Establish and optimize technology and processes in partnership in collaboration with key stakeholders across the global enterprise
- Oversee technology ownership encompassing forecasting budgeting contract negotiations licensing and vendor management while innovatively managing budgets and ensuring business compliance to minimize operating costs
- Display leadership outside of regular business hours by spearheading technology responses to major incidents or production outages. Serve as the primary point of contact for oncall staff and effectively communicate the impact and urgency of situations to senior leadership
- Provide strategic direction and operational support for Network Services including Networking Voice Security and Cloud connectivity
- Establish processes to maintain current and accurate inventory management of technology hardware software and related resources
- Drive process and technology improvements to ensure the highest level of performance and availability and improve customer experience
- Oversee the governance management and support of the IT and OT technologies
What we seek:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in IT Computer Science MIS or related technical field
- 8 years managing IT engineering teams in a global enterprise environment.
- Strong comprehension of network engineering methodologies principles and tools
- Strong attention to detail and effective customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly
- Experience creating and driving strategies to implementation
- Exceptional problemsolving and critical thinking skills with a strong customer focus
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous or changing situations maintaining effectiveness and adaptability
- Resultsdriven and tenacious adept at managing deadlines and navigating challenges
Outstanding candidates will have:
- Experience working for a company in either the semiconductor of manufacturing industry preferred not required
- Experience leading acquisitions/divestitures

- Compensation: $143500.00$191500.00 year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
