Job Description
If you are passionate about delivering outstanding service and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment then we invite you to join us as a Barista at Sacramento Convention Center.
We are currently looking for 5 Baristas @ $20.00. Our Baristas highest priorities will be to support overall profitability and guest satisfaction by providing
exceptional customer service while maintaining Sodexo Live!s standards for safety cleanliness
sanitation.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests with a friendly smile; Honor guests by providing quick friendly and
personalized service. - Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with guests by learning their names and favorite food and
drink items. - Educate guests regarding menu offerings; Initiate suggestive selling and sampling of products
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous Barista experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to participate in a team environment.
- Ability to follow written and oral direction.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
