We are looking for an experienced and highly motivate senior leader to lead our B2B Salesforce Delivery in the Global Operations portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce design delivery and experience in managing a global Salesforce platform. As a Director of Salesforce B2B Delivery services you should have Salesforce project implementation experience with different engagement models and expertise in building strong competency with large teams. This role will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions across different regions to drive business growth and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.What Youll Bring:
Lead the design development and delivery of Salesforce solutions for B2B clients. Manage stakeholder expectations and communications ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Oversee the endtoend Salesforce implementation process ensuring projects are completed on time within scope and within budget. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to manage the large projects design solutions and implement Salesforce best practices. Provide leadership technical direction and mentor to maintain a highperforming highly engaged team with maximum utilization Ensure compliance with SOX (requirements including managing audits and implementing necessary controls. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients vendors and internal teams. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features functionalities and industry trends to drive continuous improvement. Monitor and report on project progress risks and issues and implement corrective actions as needed.Impact Youll Make:
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Should have more than 16 years of experience in IT. Minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce design development and delivery. Proven experience managing SOX audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Indepth knowledge of Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and specific tools such as Salesforce CPQ Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Salesforce Shield. Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
