Compliance Team in India drives programmatic solutions to mitigate Compliance friction and enhance seller experience (SX) throughout their compliance journey. We aim to bridge gap between Seller awareness Product readiness and compliance regulations/needs. We are looking for a smart and dynamic Compliance Account Management Associate.
The Compliance Account Management Associate is responsible for managing critical seller communication prioritization and enforcement activities to ensure compliance and positive seller experience. This role will focus on proactive engagement identification of highpriority sellers enforcement of policies and governance of related systems and processes.
Key job responsibilities
Key job responsibilities
Manage multichannel engagement to drive seller outreach.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify highpriority sellers for targeted outreach and support.
Analyze seller data to detect and action against those who have crossed defined grace periods.
Facilitate the enforcement of policies for noncompliant sellers.
Bachelor degree and 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience
Seller facing or account management experience
Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.
Experience in Excel
Interested in US shift
Experience in setting up multichannel communications
Experience in analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Experience in writing SQL queries
