We are excited to announce the creation of a new team within People Services to deliver fundamental HR services to our BBC News teams based outside of the UK. Based in the UK and reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner this role is a dynamic generalist HR position that blends expertise creativity and business acumen to provide effective solutions.
The primary function of the role is to provide professional advice and support on all matters included in the employee lifecycle for example handling policy and pay related queries for staff and supporting team leaders manage performance and conduct matters. The role will work closely with Associate HRBPs and HRBPs who are based in Region to deliver a coordinated service to approximately 1500 employees in 60 countries.
The Senior HR Advisers will support the smooth running of the International Advisory team within the centralised People Services function. You will support colleagues and Leaders in Region in addition to providing support to the Associate HR Business Partners based in Region on more complex cases.
