Job Summary:

As a Learning Analyst Coop you will assist in supporting D2L customers with their data strategy needs. Working under the guidance of experienced professionals you will help in defining designing and implementing data solutions using the Brightspace platform. You will gain handson experience with business intelligence technology and stay informed about the latest tools and capabilities within the Brightspace platform. This role offers a valuable opportunity to develop your skills and provide insights to clients while contributing to their organizational objectives.

What will my major responsibilities be

• Assist in supporting D2L customers by helping to design and implement their data strategy using Brightspace data primarily through the Brightspace Community
• Provide support in understanding and addressing customer needs related to their data strategy and help design solutions using Brightspace data tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of data solutions
• Contribute to building and nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders to foster strong collaboration and effective execution
• Consistently deliver innovative solutions and adapt flexibly to meet customer needs even in challenging and changing situations
• Continuously expand and deepen your working knowledge of D2L solutions staying uptodate with the latest features updates and best practices.
• Participate in internal reviews providing insights and recommendations to optimize data solutions.
• Help record and prioritize datarelated issues and requirements proactively addressing them and advocating for necessary improvements.

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Intermediate SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and interpret data effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and manage strong relationships crossfunctionally across all management levels and roles facilitating effective collaboration and execution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Suggested Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience in a fastpaced technical environment demonstrating a strong track record of delivering successful data solutions.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of commercial Business Intelligence Tools such as Domo PowerBI Tableau QuickSight etc. effectively utilizing them to deliver advanced analytics and insights to clients.
