Responsibilities
- Deliver on key performance indicators and sales targets
- Enable a bestinclass customer experience
- Create an environment where team members feel valued can grow and function well as a team
- Be the face to the community in the area your store operates
- Develop referral relationships execute promotions and ensure topofmind awareness for Mobile Klinik
- Lead the team on the customer journey by ensuring the bestinclass repair care sales and services
- Develop expertlevel knowledge and lead the execution of the store processes policies and procedures
- Manage inventory including receiving and ordering parts and products including Certified Pre owned phones and accessories efficiently and effectively
Working hours and locations
- Opportunity to work with all of our brands
- Work a flexible schedule which includes evenings and weekends
- Hours vary by location and time of year
- Shift coverage at nearby locations

Base Salary:$42000 $53000
Bonus Pay:Monthly bonuses based on scorecard
Please note that the compensation shown in the job posting is effective April 2025 and may be subject to change. Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge skills performance and experience.
