Remote EntryLevel CRM Marketing Assistant No Experience Needed Work from Home
Interested in remote work that teaches you how real businesses manage leads book appointments and automate followupswithout needing a degree or marketing background This entrylevel position is focused on setting up and supporting CRMbased marketing systems using beginnerfriendly tools. Youll work behind the scenesno phone calls no creative work and no prior experience required.
Includes access to a 5day onboarding challenge that walks you through building your first complete CRM automation system from scratch.
About the Role
As a CRM Marketing Assistant youll be responsible for creating and managing automated systems that help businesses follow up with leads send appointment reminders and organize contact records. These systems are built using draganddrop toolsno coding design or writing involved. Youll follow a proven structure and work at your own pace.
Your job isnt to talk to customers or generate content. Youll simply ensure that every step of the client journeyform submissions emails texts and bookingshappens automatically.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing System Setup
Build contact forms and connect them to email and calendar platforms
Configure reminder messages triggered by specific actions (e.g. lead didnt book)
Assign tags and automation paths based on behavior and stage in the pipeline
CRM Maintenance
Organize lead data and segment contacts appropriately
Ensure leads are tagged correctly and routed through the right followup flows
Maintain automation logic to prevent errors or skipped steps
Workflow Testing
Simulate lead journeys to confirm each automation fires correctly
Adjust message timing triggers and tags as needed
Duplicate systems for new campaigns or service types
What a Day Might Look Like
Complete a module in your onboarding dashboard
Set up a followup system for leads who havent scheduled an appointment
Run a test lead through the automation and check message timing
Apply tags and verify proper contact segmentation in the CRM
Replicate the system for a different business type using the same framework
