We are looking for a proactive and techsavvy Germanspeaking Help Desk Associate to join our support team in Barcelona. You will be the first line of contact for Germanspeaking users needing technical assistance providing highquality support to resolve issues quickly and effectively. This role offers flexibility with both onsite and hybrid work arrangements.
Provide firstlevel technical support to Germanspeaking users via phone email and chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware software and networkrelated issues.
Guide users through stepbystep technical solutions and escalate more complex cases when needed.
Document and track all support interactions using the internal ticketing system.
Ensure a high level of user satisfaction by delivering responsive clear and effective assistance.
Collaborate with other IT and support teams to ensure fast and efficient issue resolution.
Stay updated on company systems tools and support protocols.
Fluent in German (native or nearnative level) and proficient in English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in a help desk IT support or technical customer service role preferred.
Strong problemsolving skills and a basic understanding of IT concepts (e.g. Windows/Mac OS networks software installation).
Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in nontechnical terms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Authorized to work in Spain.
Experience using help desk or ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow Jira Zendesk).
Technical certifications (e.g. CompTIA A ITIL) are a plus.
Knowledge of additional languages (Spanish French etc. is a bonus.
