Job Description

Job Title: Italian Customer Experience Representative
Location: Hellas (Greece) Hybrid & Onsite Options Available
Department: Customer Experience / Customer Service
Employment Type: FullTime

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Italianspeaking Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Greece. In this role you will be the voice of the brand for our Italianspeaking customers delivering worldclass support and building lasting relationships. The position offers flexibility to work onsite or in a hybrid model from within Greece.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Italianspeaking clients via phone email and live chat.

  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding products services orders and accountrelated issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales logistics tech support etc. to ensure seamless issue resolution.

  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of products policies and systems.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

  • Act as a brand ambassador by embodying company values and delivering a consistent experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (native or nearnative level) and proficient in English.

  • Previous experience in a customer support or customer experience role is a strong advantage.

  • Strong communication skills and a customerfirst attitude.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fastpaced environment.

  • Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.

  • Authorized to work in Greece.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Zendesk Salesforce or Freshdesk.

  • Background in retail ecommerce hospitality or tech is a plus.

  • Team player with a positive and proactive mindset.
