Position Overview:
The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide highlevel administrative support by managing schedules coordinating meetings organizing travel tracking tasks and supporting team operations. This role requires strong communication attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Schedule and coordinate appointments meetings and events.
Manage and prioritize executive schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
Organize and facilitate executive meetings prepare agendas and ensure materials are ready.
Arrange complex travel itineraries accommodations and logistical support.
Prepare submit and manage expense reports.
Order and maintain department supplies and inventory.
Track and follow up on projects and tasks to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with crossfunctional team members and departments.
Manage and execute special projects as assigned.
Build and maintain positive relationships across the organization.
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in business administration (preferred).
13 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Outlook and other relevant software tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Effective timemanagement and prioritization abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
