BioLegends Summer Internship Program

BioLegends 1012week summer internship program offers aspiring biotech professionals a meaningful comprehensive understanding of the biotechnology industry sector at one of the worlds leading producers of antibodies and reagent content development. This handson internship will give you the chance to develop your skills collaborate with industry experts and gain valuable experience in a fastpaced researchdriven environment. BioLegend interns are known for their passion creativity and ability to make meaningful contributions to the company.

The program will run Late may or Mid June (depending on individuals University Academic Calendar)

**All selected interns will be required to obtain their own housing travel and transportation accommodations for the full duration of the internship program.**

Internship Department Details:

Department Name: Operations Manufacturing

Business Function: Bottling

Essential Functions

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Assist in performing various bottling related tasks to include dispensing antibody solutions capping and labeling of vials tubes or bottles and assembly of kits
• Formulate products per approved Standard Operating Procedures ( SOPs) and work instructions
• Verify formulation worksheets to ensure that information such as concentrations lot numbers etc. are correct
• Put away finished goods products according to their designated temperature conditions
• Use computer programs such as Microsoft Excel
• Setup and prepare equipment for ongoing operations
• Operate computercontrolled process support/process equipment (i.e. filling line lyophilizer capping labeling machine etc.)
• Follow instructions for completion of job tasks
• Adhere to correct procedures policies and health/safety guidelines
• Clean and maintain work area and all lab equipment and supplies
• May perform data entry and production documentation completion tasks
• Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.

Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience

• Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or later

Preferred Qualifications Education and Experience

• Biotech Biology Chemistry or similar field

The base salary range for this Summer Internship position is $20$21/hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training.
