Job Description

As a Customer Service Platform Intern you will support the operations and optimization of our Zendesk platform which serves both external guests and internal teams. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer service technology process improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Youll work closely with the Customer Service Platform Manager and Business Support team to create interactive training content and contribute to real-world platform enhancements.

What Youll Do

  • Support the consolidation of FAQs and internal knowledge base content.
  • Document internal processes and contribute to SOPs and training materials.
  • Collaborate with Business Support to develop interactive training modules using iorad and Articulate360 for Zendesk agents and light agents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather feedback and support platform improvements.
  • Participate in minor platform configuration tasks and testing of new features.

Qualifications :

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business IT Hospitality or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of customer service platforms (Zendesk knowledge is a plus).
  • Familiarity with digital training tools such as iorad or Articulate360 is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
