Job Summary:
Stein Collection an exclusive collection of luxury resorts known for delivering exceptional guest experiences is seeking a passionate and driven Leisure Sales Manager to lead sales efforts within the leisure travel segment. This role is responsible for generating revenue from highend travel advisors tour operators and consortia partners positioning the resort as a premier destination for affluent travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leisure sales strategies to grow revenue from key markets (domestic and international).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel advisors wholesale accounts and consortia (e.g. Virtuoso Internova Signature TLS).
- Represent the resort at key trade shows and events (e.g. ILTM Virtuoso Travel Week Signature Travel Network).
- Conduct sales calls inperson presentations and site inspections to showcase the resorts offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to create bespoke offers and campaigns tailored to luxury travelers.
- Monitor competitor activity and global travel trends to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance reports.
- Handle rate negotiations RFPs and contracting for leisure accounts.
- Organize and host FAM trips and client events that reflect the resorts elevated brand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business or related field preferred.
- 3 years of sales experience in the luxury hospitality industry with a strong focus on leisure travel.
- Proven success in building partnerships with travel advisors tour operators and consortia.
- Deep understanding of luxury clientele preferences and highend travel trends.
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills.
- Selfmotivated proactive and highly organized.
- Willingness to travel and represent the resort at domestic and international sales functions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Existing network of luxury leisure accounts and key agency contacts.
- Experience with luxury or boutique resort brands.
- Foreign language skills (e.g. Spanish) is a plus.
- Familiarity with international source markets

- In addition to supporting a broad scope of operations this role will also be responsible for actively promoting and selling all products associated with the Stein Eriksen Collection.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to bend stoop squat and stretch to fulfill tasks. Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs on a regular basis. Requires manual dexterity grasping writing standing sitting walking repetitive motions bending and climbing. We maintain a drugfree workplace.
