The Opportunity:
The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing HR systems including both the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Learning Management System (LMS). This role serves as a subject matter expert on HR technology working crossfunctionally with HR IT and Learning & Development teams to ensure seamless system operations enhance functionality and improve user experience.
The pay range for this role is $61300 to $66700 based on education and experience. This job is a fulltime in person position.

What Youll Do:
- Serve as the functional administrator for HR technology ensuring the HRIS and LMS meet business needs
- Oversee the daily operations configuration and maintenance of the HRIS and LMS platforms.
- Act as a bridge between HR L&D and IT translating business requirements into system configurations and process improvements.
- Ensure accurate data entry system integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support system enhancements upgrades and new feature rollouts in collaboration with IT.
- Partner with HR L&D and IT teams to identify and implement system improvements that enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Assist in the integration of HR systems with other enterprise software (e.g. payroll performance management talent acquisition content authoring tools).
- Optimize workflows within the HRIS and LMS to improve automation and data accuracy.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS and LMS users.
- Develop and deliver training materials and user guides for employees and administrators.
- Ensure system access security roles and permissions align with business needs.
- Maintain data integrity and security within HRIS and LMS platforms.
- Generate reports and dashboards on HR and learning metrics including compliance training completion employee engagement and system utilization.
- Oversee the upload deployment and maintenance of training courses within the LMS.
- Ensure courses are properly configured including enrollment rules tracking and reporting settings.
- Regularly update the LMS course catalog adding new offerings and retiring outdated content.
- Coordinate with L&D team subject matter experts (SMEs) and content developers to ensure course materials align with organizational learning goals.
- Manage SCORM/xAPI files and other elearning formats to ensure proper functionality in the LMS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to course access tracking and completion records.
- Ensure LMS content is organized and categorized effectively for easy navigation by employees.
- Assist in compliance audits and ensure HR data governance best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve the LMS user experience including system navigation notifications and mobile accessibility.
What You Bring:
Minimum Education:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
Minimum Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years managing HRIS and/or LMS platforms
Required Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of HR software systems
- Proficiency in data analysis reporting tools and Excel
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Effective oral and written communication skills & organizational skills with the ability to train and support nontechnical users
- Must demonstrate integrity & sound judgment
Preferred Qualifications Skills Education Licenses Certifications and Requirements:
- Experience with system integrations (APIs SSO data connectors).
- Knowledge of elearning content management (SCORM xAPI course authoring tools).
