Position Title: Manager Global Supply Chain Planning Process

As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey the role of Manager Supply Chain Planning Process will be pivotal in modernizing our supply chain planning capabilities across McCain Foods.
Reporting to the Director of Global Supply Chain Planning Transformation the successful candidate will represent a specific function (e.g. demand planning aggregate supply planning detailed scheduling) throughout the implementation of bestinclass technology. They will be the subject matter expert in this field and will link all solution design decisions to the globally consistent process. This critical team member will need to step in roll up their sleeves and get into the details of solution design. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive technology and process solution design for their specific area of focus
Ensure adequate testing is completed for specific area of focus
Recognize change management requirements and partner with organizational change management team to develop plan and manage the change process
Bring internal perspectives external benchmarks and industry trends to solution design to create an industryleading technology solution
Translate business requirements and priorities into user friendly system capabilities
Ensure alignment between ERP and planning technology solution design and the globally consistent S&OP process
Engage with global and regional subject matter experts in their specific area of focus and incorporate feedback into the overall solution design
Prioritize system usability and end user adoption in the design of the system
Provide escalation of crossfunctional decisions to Transformation Leadership Team
Required Experience and Knowledge:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
5 years of supply chain planning or related experience
Knowledgeable on process mapping and design
Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
Ability to work collaboratively across several functions and regions
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify gaps and propose solutions
Continuous improvement mindset with a bias towards action
Experience with successful deployment of ERP and/or planning technology ( e.g. SAP Oracle Blue Yonder Kinaxisetc )
Personal Qualifications:
Resultsdriven and process improvementfocused with a strong propensity for excellence.
Meticulous and detailoriented with a bias towards quality.
Proven communication skills with an ability to engage both executivelevel management and operational teams effectively.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement with a willingness to challenge the status quo.

Compensation Package:$105000 $137000annually bonuseligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience skill set education/training and other organizational needs.
