Join our team specialising in Reablement a shortterm service led by therapists focused on empowering individuals to be as independent as possible. We provide information equipment advice and targeted help from a support team. Our approach is centred on what people can do not what they cant. Collaborating with community partners we reconnect individuals to meaningful activities significantly enhancing wellbeing and reducing loneliness.
Our Reablement Occupational Therapy Assistants work with people in their own homes and play a key role in enabling customers to achieve their goals and objectives. Working alongside dedicated Occupational Therapists you will codeliver customer Reablement plans.
Were on the lookout for individuals with a caring attitude a friendly and professional approach and the ability to work effectively with diverse customers to help them reach their goals.
As a casual worker youll have no fixed hours and will work on an asneeded basis depending on Wiltshire Councils requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available and the Council is not obliged to offer you work.
