The Position

In Roches Pharmaceutical Research and Early Development organisation (pRED) we make transformative medicines for patients in order to tackle some of the worlds toughest unmet healthcare needs. The position is located in the Immune and Cell Biology Department within the Discovery unit of the pREDs Large Molecules Research where the discovery of next generation biotherapeutics is the primary focus. We closely collaborate with technical and biological functions to convert molecule sequences into innovative therapeutics.

Job mission

We are offering an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Microscopy Scientist (m/f/d) to work with a highly engaged team of cell biologists and confocal microscopy experts with a focus on molecule screening and lead selection in primary/iPSCderived cells and complex 3Dcellular model systems. You will be responsible for developing and executing 2D/3Dmicroscopy based cellular assays for selection and characterization of therapeutic molecules in crossfunctional teams including molecular engineers and data scientists.
