Description de poste
Nous sommes la recherche dun(e) Oprateur(trice) en Conditionnement fiable et minutieux(se) pour rejoindre notre quipe de production. ce poste vous serez responsable de faire fonctionner et dentretenir les quipements de conditionnement en veillant ce que les produits soient emballs efficacement et rpondent aux normes de qualit. Vous suivrez les protocoles de scurit et dhygine tout en compltant la documentation requise et en soutenant le bon droulement des oprations de production.

Principales responsabilits

• Travailler en tout temps de faon scuritaire.
• Maintenir lordre le rangement et la propret (ORP) de votre poste et de vos quipements.
• tre polyvalent et capable doprer plusieurs lignes de production.
• Suivre rigoureusement les procdures et modes opratoires en vigueur.
• Complter avec prcision toute la documentation lie vos tches (fiche de conditionnement registres formulaires etc.).
• Oprer une ligne de conditionnement compose dquipements automatiss ou manuels.
• Utiliser un systme informatique de gestion de production (MES type POMS).
• Participer au nettoyage manuel du poste de travail et des tuyaux dalimentation pour prvenir les contaminations croises.
• tre autonome tout en avisant systmatiquement votre superviseur en cas de situation inhabituelle ou dcart aux procdures.
• Respecter les normes dhygine pour viter toute contamination microbiologique.
• Assurer la qualit de la production et encadrer le personnel de soutien.
• Renseigner les temps passs sur les diffrentes tapes de production et respecter les dlais standards.
• Participer activement lamlioration continue du poste (scurit ergonomie efficacit etc.).
• Collaborer troitement avec les services de soutien (Entrept AQ Validation Scurit etc.).
• Fournir un appui au nettoyage des quipements et accessoires en salle de lavage.

Exigences de base

• Diplme dtudes secondaire
• Base en lectronique et/ou mcanique est un atout
• 3 5 ans dexprience dans un poste similaire
• Exprience en milieu pharmaceutique alimentaire ou chimique.
• Connaissances informatiques

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detailoriented Packaging Operator to join our production team. In this role you will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging equipment ensuring products are packed efficiently safely and in accordance with quality standards. You will follow safety and hygiene protocols while completing accurate documentation and supporting smooth production operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Always work safely.
• Maintain order cleanliness and organization (5S) at your workstation and with your equipment.
• Be flexible and able to operate multiple production lines.
• Strictly follow established procedures and work instructions.
• Accurately complete all related documentation (packaging sheets logs forms etc.).
• Operate packaging lines with manual or automated equipment.
• Use a computerized production management system (MES such as POMS).
• Participate in manual cleaning of the workstation and supply lines to prevent crosscontamination.
• Work independently while promptly informing your supervisor of any unusual situation or deviation from procedures.
• Follow hygiene standards to avoid microbiological contamination.
• Ensure production quality and provide guidance to support staff.
• Record time spent on various production steps and meet standard timelines.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement (safety efficiency ergonomics etc.).
• Work closely with support teams (Warehouse QA Validation Safety etc.).
• Support the cleaning of equipment and accessories in the washroom.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and/or mechanics is an asset.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical food or chemical environments.
• Basic computer skills.
