Computershare has a great opportunity for you to provide excellent support to the Issuer Services Registry/Front Office teams as a Meeting and Mailing Administrator.
Our Meeting and Mailing Administrators are vital in assisting our clients by delivering on the execution of the clients Annual Meeting Proxy mailing along with Quarterly mailing events. This position reports to the Regional Manager NA Meetings. This role will work collaboratively with other teams and business units in order to meet the clients Meeting and/or Mailing requirements. They will assume responsibility for assigned files and handle their execution in accordance with processes time frames regulatory requirements and guidelines.

Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word Excel Access and Outlook.
Quick learner.
Ability to work extended hours as needed.
Selfmotivated and work autonomously.
Comfortable learning new computer systems.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to prioritize when encountering conflicting duties.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Preferred:
13 years experience in financial industry.
2 years operations in banking.
