Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting plumbing electrical work carpentry and HVAC repairs.
Inspect buildings and equipment for potential maintenance issues and address them promptly.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance projects.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and update maintenance schedules as needed.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
