Job Description
Spitzer Management is Elyria is looking for passionate team members who want to deliver a high level of service to our customers while growing their career. The Maintenance Associate will assist with work inside and outside on any dealership and rental property performing maintenance duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Changing lights and ballasts inside and outside the properties
- Wire pulling safety switch installation pipe bending typically and
- Painting
- Checking roof or gutter issues with the use of a ladder
- Identifying and fixing toilets urinals and drain issues
- Operating and maintaining equipment and tools such as a lift truck
- Other duties may be assigned
