Community Development
- Strategically grow and manage the community focusing on high net worth and ultrahigh net worth individuals.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract engage and retain members ensuring a vibrant and exclusive luxury community.
- Build a userfriendly valueadded experience for members including access to exclusive content events and discussions.
Partnership Building
- Establish collaborations with luxuryfocused entities including membership clubs concierge services arts and cultural organizations watch groups car clubs country clubs and luxury publishers.
- Negotiate partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Explore cobranded opportunities to enhance visibility and attract new members.
Digital and Social Media Management
- Utilize digital media and social platforms to promote and engage with the target audience.
- Oversee content creation campaigns and analytics to drive engagement and measure success.
- Identify trends and opportunities to amplify the platform’s presence across relevant channels.
- Manage all social media and digital platforms to recruit and engage community members
Database Management
- Manage and optimize the membership database to ensure seamless operations and personalized experiences for members.
- Implement tools and processes for member onboarding engagement tracking and feedback collection.
Consumer Insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage insights gathered from members for Agility Research & Strategy’s consulting projects.
- Provide regular reports on community growth member engagement and partnership success.
- Proven experience in managing membership communities loyalty programs or luxuryfocused platforms.
- Strong digital marketing skills including social media strategy campaign and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture highvalue partnerships.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to connect with a diverse range of affluent individuals and organizations.
Non Negotiable:
- Previous experience in luxury industries or working with HNW/UHNW clients.
- Familiarity with CRM and database management tools.
- Knowledge of the luxury market landscape including trends key players and consumer behaviour.
- Experience in HNW / UHNW clientele
- Experience in managing membership communities loyalty programs or luxuryfocused platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to connect with a diverse range of affluent individuals and organizations.
