The Engineer ITSM will be responsible for the development implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Design develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Create and maintain custom workflows business rules client scripts and UI policies.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations customizations and processes.
- Maintain close interactions with global Information Technology team members
- Adhere to architecture standards
- Provide training opportunities to build the skills of IT employees and ensure theirongoing ability to provide effective global support

- Knowledge of XML and structural programming concept
- ServiceNow certification
- Bachelors degree with IT Background or minimum of 5 years
- Fluent in written and spoken English further languages preferred.
- Advanced service and project management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of state-of-the-art IT Services and practical experience indesigning and implementing.
