Test Manufacturing Manager (Swing Shift)
Responsibilities
Provide level 3 tech support on trouble shooting/ failure analysis for products server/rack/storage/GPU
Provide guidance of test plan for new products
Verify scripts from software develop team give green lights for deployments
Improve test plan & test script to improve efficiency
Make improvement on coding and reduce UI and labor cost
Maintain reporting tool/website from test DB
Globally support test escalated issues
Leadership provide technical direction to testing engineering team
Hiring and retaining test engineer talents
Minimum Qualifications
BS in engineering or relate area
10 years experience in Industrial server/rack/storage/GPU manufacturing
Knowledge of programming and databases (Python and MySQL are required PHP is preferred)
Demonstrated knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma principles of continuous improvement
Skilled in debugging and root cause analysis
Annual Salary Range
$90000 $115000 DOE
