Job Description
The Warehouse Replenishment Worker is responsible for ensuring that inventory levels in the picking and storage areas are consistently maintained to support efficient order fulfillment. This role involves locating retrieving and stocking products.
This is fulltime position working Monday to Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm reporting to the Warehouse Manager.
The rate of pay is $16.00 per hour.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (is not limited too)
- Retrieve stock from storage areas and replenish picking locations according to supervisor instructions.
- Use pallet jacks (manual electric or rider) to transport products safely and efficiently.
- Ensure products are correctly labeled and stored in their designated locations.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all company policies safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Operate equipment safely and responsibly ensuring no damage to products or infrastructure.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.
- Report any observed issues such as damaged goods or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
promptly. - Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor including assisting in receiving picking or
packing when necessary. - Collect and dispose of all garbage shrink wrap and cardboard in assigned areas daily.

Education and Experience Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or replenishment experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of kosher standards (preferred but not required; training provided).
- Ability to operate pallet jacks (manual electric or rider).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Regular lifting carrying and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing walking bending and reaching throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments including refrigerated and freezer areas.
