Ferguson is currently seeking 3rd Shift Warehouse Equipment Operators for our Lebanon TN distribution center! If you have familiarity and experience with warehousing shipping and/or receiving coupled with a dedication to quality this is the position for you!
3rd shift hours begin at 9:00pm or 10:00pm based on role responsibilities.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in putaway picking and/or loading preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required
- Drive to excel in fastpaced environment
- Ability to accurately and safely complete picking and/or storage tasks via operation of powered industrial equipment including standup high lift reach trucks or dock stockers
- Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
- Ability to bend twist stretch push pull carry and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing and/or walking for up to 12 hours
- Ability to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours based on business need
Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment including but not limited to standup forklifts in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating procedures
- Accurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
- Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
- Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments
- Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
- Execute tasks utilizing handheld RF units / scanners and/or voice devices
- Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
- Accurately sort label and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet
- Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
- Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies rules regulations and procedures set by the organization

Pay Range:
$15.00 $23.79Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
