Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician Manufacturing
Location: Indianapolis IN
Were currently partnering with a wellestablished manufacturing client thats looking to bring skilled Maintenance Technicians to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid maintenance background in a production environment whos ready for a stable longterm role. The company is offering highly competitive wages and a signon bonus for qualified candidates.
In this role youll be responsible for keeping production equipment running efficiently. That includes performing preventative maintenance troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues and working with systems like conveyors motors pneumatic tools and other machinery. Youll need to be comfortable reading manuals diagrams and schematics to diagnose and repair equipment issues. If you have experience with electromechanical troubleshooting PLC diagnostics or robotic control thats definitely a plus.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of handson maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production setting along with a high school diploma or equivalent. You should be comfortable using computers and have a working knowledge of mechanical systems including hydraulics pneumatics drives motors and field devices like photo eyes and proximity sensors. Familiarity with electrical safety devices and process control systems is also a bonus.
