IT Support Engineer

Team Red Dog is looking for an IT Support Specialistto join our clients dynamic game development team in Redmond WA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys handson technical work supporting a creative environment and contributing to the infrastructure that powers new game development. This fully onsite role offers an exciting chance to work directly with game creators while ensuring the smooth operation of studio hardware automated testing and IT systems.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

• Microsoft Services (3 years): Experience with Azure Active Directory Azure DevOps and general Microsoft IT environments
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting (23 years): Proven ability to resolve hardware/software issues and support IT requests in a fastpaced studio environment.
• Documentation & Organization (23 years): Strong ability to track document and communicate technical issues and solutions clearly.
• Scripting (23 years): Experience with at least one scripting language such as Python C# or PowerShell

Opportunity Overview:
This role supports the daytoday IT needs of a game development studio maintaining lab machines supporting automation scripts and managing studio hardware. Youll get to work closely with developers and technical teams and you may even get handson with earlystage game testing. How you will make an impact:
Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues in the studio
Set up maintain and recycle PC hardware and lab machines
Manage inventory of PCs and parts
Handle user account management and related IT tasks
Run and maintain automation test scripts across PC and Xbox environments
Collaborate with studio leadership and Microsoft IT to address technical needs and follow best practices
Contribute to documentation and process improvements

The expertise you bring:
3 years of IT support experience ideally with 2 years in a procurement or handson support role
Experience with Microsoft tools and systems including Azure Active Directory and Azure DevOps
Strong scripting ability in Python PowerShell or C#
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing technical priorities
Strong documentation and process tracking skills
Experience supporting multiple operating systems is a plus
A degree in IT or a related field is preferred but not required
