Exciting Opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist at Vivo Infusion!
Vivo Infusion is seeking a detailoriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our collaborative and dynamic Accounting team. Compensation:
- $24.00 26.00 / hour
- 5% Annual Bonus Potential Paid Quarterly

Reports To: Accounting Supervisor
Location: Hybrid Schedule reporting to Vivo Infusion Corporate Office 3 days/week.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Review and reconcile vendor invoices for accuracy.
- Identify and resolve invoice errors communicating necessary corrections to the appropriate team members.
- Own and manage the prepayment credit card process for our largest vendor.
- Execute cash transfers to fund the credit card for vendor payments.
- Create and import journal entries into the accounting system for all cash transfers.
- Provide vendor payment schedules to the Director of Finance for cash forecasting.
- Enter and process vendor invoices as needed.
- Import credit card transactions into the accounting system.
- Participate in special projects and support process improvements as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Accounting or a related field; preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of fullcycle accounts payable experience.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in accounting software and the ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Experience with managing vendor relationships and credit card reconciliation; preferred.
