Job Description
An established real estate management company is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations of multiple residential or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills a proven track record in property operations and the ability to handle tenant relations maintenance and financial reporting.
Responsibilities Include:
Property Operations:
Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Handle maintenance requests property inspections and routine upkeep.
Tenant Relations:
Manage tenant relations including handling inquiries complaints and lease renewals.
Ensure tenant satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage property budgets including rent collections and expense tracking.
Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability for the properties under management.
Vendor & Contractor Management:
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs.
Ensure that vendors meet contractual obligations and deliver quality service.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure properties comply with all local state and federal regulations.
Maintain accurate records of leases rents and propertyrelated documents.
Ideal Qualifications:
Previous property management experience ideally with residential or commercial properties.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of local state and federal property management regulations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and properties simultaneously.
Experience with property management software is a plus.
