Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Beverage Manager to lead our bar program at Lukes Kitchen and Bar. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a highvolume highstandard environment with a strong focus on product knowledge seasonal creativity and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the bar program including inventory ordering and cost controls
Develop and maintain a dynamic beverage menu with a focus on seasonality and balance across cocktails wine and spirits
Maintain compliance with health safety and ABC regulations
Train and mentor the bar team to ensure consistency technique and product knowledge
Collaborate closely with the culinary team for menu pairings and seasonal features
Maintain bar cleanliness setup standards and service readiness at all times
Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to elevate bar experience
Assist in hiring scheduling and performance management of bar team members
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of bar leadership experience in a fullservice or fine dining environment
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails wine and spirits
Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication organization and time management skills
Familiarity with inventory software and POS systems (Toast experience is a plus)
Passion for hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction
