Were looking for a Building Inspector who meets these requirements:
- Experience with inspecting and reviewing properties
- Ability to determine when a property is up to date and ready to move into
In this role you perform vital inspections to inform clients of the condition of their property and what if anything needs to be addressed. Conducting detailed property inspections you make sure all the crucial aspects are in good shape and nothing seems to be damaged or falling apart. You thoroughly document your findings clearly outlining what work needs to be done and what areas are in great condition.
